Dr. Zeynep here! I am the chiropractic supervisor at ICM/Oshun Center for Intercultural Healing within Family Tree Clinic.

During my time at Northwestern, I interned and trained under Dr. Wilde, Dr. Farrar and Dr. Zachman as well as at Southside Chiropractic under Dr. Borrell. In addition I spent the majority of my clinical internship doing rotations at both Salvation Army (Dr. Novak) and ICM (Dr. Wilde) and really built the foundations of my clinic using the knowledge from these rotations.

My main priority as a holistic wellness provider is ensuring my patients feel comfort, empathy and autonomy. I treat my patients as their teammate and their provider because at the end of the day, we all deserve to be heard and seen.

As a supervisor, my goal is to help my interns feel empowered to use their clinical thinking and reasoning skills and if things feel sticky or confusing, I’m there to offer support. Being a more gentle practitioner, I will help you expand your treatment style to accommodate folks who are hypermobile or have extra sensitivities. I look forward to working with you!
